1. Who we are

Bora is made by Igor and Vika, a family who went through the move to Florianópolis themselves. The seller of access: Viktoriya Andreevna Belykh (Белых Виктория Андреевна), a professional income tax payer (self-employed) in Russia, INN 550311898223. Contact: igor.n.tomko@gmail.com.

2. What Bora is

An online guide to moving to Brazil: a reference, a path to the passport, your steps and a folder for your family's documents. Some materials are open without signing in; the full route opens after payment.

3. This is not legal advice

Bora provides information, not legal, tax or medical advice. We do not represent you before agencies, we do not check your documents and we do not promise any decision in your case.

Decisions are made by the Polícia Federal, the Receita Federal, consulates and other bodies. You submit the documents yourself. If your case is complicated, consult a lawyer (advogado) in Brazil.

4. Sources and check dates

Each fact in the guide shows its source and the date it was checked: a law, an official site, our own experience or messages in communities. Rules and prices in Brazil change, so before submitting documents check the source at the link.

Found a mistake or an outdated fact? Write to us: we will check it, fix it and update the date.

5. Account

You can sign in with Google, Telegram or a link from an e-mail. You are responsible for access to your account and for what you upload. An account is meant for one family; do not give your sign-in to outsiders.

We may suspend an account if it is used to hack the site, send spam or mass-copy materials. To delete your account, write to us from its address.

6. Paid access

The price, the access period and what it includes are shown on the site at the time of payment. Access opens after payment is confirmed in the account you paid with. Guide updates are included in access for the whole paid period.

lava.top accepts the payment. A receipt is issued under the law of the seller's country. Payment is one-time: access does not renew itself and no money is charged again.

7. Refund

We refund the full price if you opened less than 10 % of the guide's materials. Write to igor.n.tomko@gmail.com from the address given at payment. The money is returned the same way you paid.

If the law of your country gives you more rights, for example 7 days to withdraw from an online purchase under the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code (art. 49), the law applies.

8. Materials and rules

The texts, illustrations, the character Bora and the structure of the guide belong to the authors of Bora. You may read them, save them for yourself and share a link. You may not copy materials for publication or sale, download the site with programs or bypass closed access.

9. Your documents

The documents you upload remain yours. We keep them only to show them to you. Retention periods and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

10. Liability

We take care that the guide is accurate, but we are not responsible for decisions of agencies, for changes of rules after the check date or for the consequences of decisions made on the guide alone. The site may be temporarily unavailable because of maintenance or provider failures.

To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for access.

11. Changes to these terms

The update date is at the top of the page. We will announce material changes on the site and by e-mail. If the terms change for the worse, the previous terms stay in force for access that is already paid until the end of its period.

12. Disputes

Write to us first: we resolve most questions by correspondence. The law of the Russian Federation applies to these terms. A dispute may be brought before the court at the buyer's place of residence or at the seller's place of residence. The rights that the law of the buyer's country gives the buyer are preserved.
